Whether you need a full-time nanny or a sitter, every carer on my books is chosen with the same care. My sitters come from nannying, maternity-nurse, nursery-nurse and teaching backgrounds, each with at least three years’ professional experience. I interview every nanny and sitter personally, only taking on people I’d happily leave my own two children with.
I get to know your family first, then match you with someone who genuinely fits, rather than simply whoever's free. And I stay in touch, so only the very best carers remain on my books.

Why I started the agency
I have two children of my own, and it was only after becoming a mum myself that I understood how hard it is to leave your little ones with someone you don’t yet know — and just how much that trust matters.
That’s why I started Wimbledon Babysitting & Nanny Agency: to give local families the kind of childcare I’d be completely happy with for my own children.
I bring three years’ experience as a nanny, eleven years in recruitment, and seventeen years as a mum to every match I make. I’m proud that this personal approach has earned us a 5.0 star rating from local parents and a “Best Customer Service” award at the Merton Best Business Awards. And I’m always at the end of the phone — before, during and after every booking.

Fees
Simple, transparent pricing — no hidden costs.
Registration – Sitter Service
Register once, then book pay-as-you-go sitters whenever you need them.
Membership has a three-month minimum. A £6 non-refundable booking fee applies per booking; hourly rates are paid directly to your sitter.
Nanny Placement
A one-off fee, charged only once — when your new nanny starts.
All placement fees exclusive of VAT.
Temporary, Maternity & Night Nanny Fees
Short-term and specialist nanny cover, charged as a simple day rate.
Charged at £30 for each day booked, up to a maximum of £100 in any week. Exclusive of VAT.
